Return Policy

Return Policy: Blue Print Service OFFERS A FIFTEEN (15) DAY RETURN POLICY. Blue Print Service reserves the right to deny returns. Also, under certain circumstances there may be restocking fees ranging from 20% to 50% placed on Orders.

Freight Damage: We will make every attempt to use packaging that will protect our products; however, it is your responsibility to inspect incoming shipments in the unlikely event that it arrives damaged. If the product is damaged in shipment, you will need to make a claim with the responsible shipper or refuse shipment. If you suspect concealed damage, open immediately in the presence of the driver and note damage on the waybill. If you later discover concealed damage you have 15 days to notify the carrier to make a claim.

Errors in shipment: If you have received a miss-shipment due to a Blue Print Service error, you have 15 days to make a claim. Please Call 800-640-4539

Defective Merchandise: We require notification of any defective items within 30 days of receipt. We may require that you consult with our technical support department to verify whether or not a product is defective. The product(s) may either be exchanged or Customer's account may be credited through the same method of payment used for the original Order. Please Call 800-640-4539

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

To calculate your shipping and handling, simply place items into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Our site will attempt to calculate the shipping charges as accurately as possible. In the rare instance that the freight is incorrectly calculated we will call you before shipping your order to get your approval for any additional freight charges.  If you do not have an account with us please enter your bill to and ship to information so we can calculate the shipping based on your zip code. 

 

DELIVERY

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Our standard shipping method is UPS ground. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. UPS Next-Day Air and Second-Day Air services are available at time of checkout. When you select an air shipment option, you are selecting the time in transit. For example a Next-Day Air shipment choice will typically arrive in 2 business days. Customer accepts sole responsibility for freight and insurance, payment of any and all applicable tax, with respect to the Order. Please call 800-640-4539 if you have any questions about other shipping options. Blue Print Service observes the following Holidays and will not process or ship any orders on the following days. Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and January 1. If the Holiday falls on the weekend then we observe the closest weekday as the Holiday.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIME

Orders will be processed the same business day and barring any kind of hold, credit card or inventory issue, etc. will be shipped within 24 hrs of placement. We strive to provide timely delivery. If you would have any questions regarding your order, please call 800-640-4539.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not accept International orders at this time.
